A 29-year-old man was arrested in Cuenca during an anti-drug operation targeting suspected micro-trafficking activity in the Plaza del Arte area.
The operation, identified as “Zero Impunity 11744,” led to the detention of Roberto VC, who, according to authorities, has no prior criminal record.
During the intervention, officers seized:
- 122 doses of marijuana
- 90 doses of cocaine base
- 80 doses of cocaine hydrochloride
- Cash and a cell phone
The suspect was taken into custody and handed over to the appropriate authority to begin legal proceedings.
